We work hard to ensure that each & every one of our products does its job so riders & horses can do theirs. It is our love of horses, as well as our experience in the ring, in the barn and on the road that drives every idea and influences every decision we make. But we also see the big picture, as we are the trainers, grooms, managers and owners as well. We know exactly what’s at stake.

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our customer service staff for quick resolution. We are happy to help!

  • If you purchased your item through a retailer, please be sure to contact them first.
  • Product must be in new, re-saleable, unmarked, untagged condition and in original packaging.
  • Returns on stock items could be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned after thirty (30) days of invoice date or returned without the original packaging.
  • To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list, invoice or RA number to the return. Refunds will be for merchandise value only. Please allow three to four weeks for return processing.
**All Custom orders are made to order and are not returnable.





  • Most orders are shipped the same business day if they are placed by 3:00pm EST Monday-Friday.  Orders received after 3pm EST will ship the following business day.
  • Shipping will not occur on Saturday or Sunday.  Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. 
  • Orders received during office closures or holidays will ship the next operating business day.
  • Select items have additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. We make every attempt to minimize the impact of these charges to our customers by consolidating orders as much as possible. Final shipping and handling charges are reflected on all order confirmations and invoices.



EquiFit will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. EquiFit will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. EquiFit will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including possible customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.
