THE RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA USED TO DETERMINE THE RETENTION PERIOD OF THE DATA 

You may inform us of any changes in your personal data, andin accordance with our obligations under data protection legislation, we will update ordelete your personal data accordingly.We keep personal data for a variety of purposes and for a variety of retention periods. The general guidelines for how long weretain personal data are based on a clear assessment of what is necessary and proportionate in our business, withparticular reference to statutory obligations that apply to our business. 

We will not hold your personal data any longer than is necessary for functions associated with this Site.We will review our databases on a periodic basis, and shall delete data that is outdated, inaccurate, or no longer necessary. 

For certain services, there is a specific retention period and, once thistime period has expired, we willdelete your data usingappropriate deletion software.  

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

MARKETING 

If you agree, we would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you mightlike, but are happy to honor changes or preferences you may haveregarding the receipt of marketing materials. 

If you have agreed to receive marketing information, you may always opt outat a later date.  You may unsubscribe from our promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each email. Because emails areplanned in advance, you may still receive mailings while we process your request. To serve you best,you’ll continue to receive important emails about recent transactions, including orders and returns, even if you choose not to receive promotional emails. 

SPECIFIC SMS PRIVACY NOTICE 

The Companymay collect mobile phone numbers which are used to send you SMS messages with delivery updates etc.  The legal basisto using SMS messages in this manner is by way of legitimate interests.

We may collect Device and Browsing Information including details of your interactions with the Messaging Services, and personal information generated in the course of the use of the Messaging Services, including traffic data, general location data, which may be derived from your IP address, weblogs and other communication data, and how you reached our websites (the referring and exiting URLs).We also may collect details regarding the deviceyou use to access the Messaging Services, including, but not limited to, your IP address, unique ID, operating system, and browser type. 

The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used todetermine when to sendcart reminder messages via SMS.  Again, we will only do this if you have given consent for us to do so. 

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES 

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.We maydisclose information to third parties for legitimate business purposes and, in certain circumstances, if you consent to us doing so e.g., compliance companies including but not limited to, I.T. THE DETAILS REGARDING ANY TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND THE SAFEGUARDS TAKEN 

Your information is stored on secure systems on our premises and with providers of secure information storage (including cloud storage providers). 

Some of our service providers, for example, IT, telecommunication, payment processors, providers of administration services and contractors may be based outside of the EEA. When we authorize the processing/ transfer of your personal information outside of the EEA, we require your personal information to be protected to the standards and technical and organizational measures as detailed elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.  If an adequacy rule is not in place between the EU and the country in which our processors areestablished, the following data protection transfer mechanisms will be in place:

We will need to verify your identity in such circumstances and may request more information or clarifications from you if needed to help uslocate and provide you with the personal datarequested. 

There is usually no charge applied to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, if your request is clearly unfounded,repetitive or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee. Alternatively, we may refuse tocomply with your request in these circumstances. 

The RightTo Rectification
